Team Battles Coming to World of Warships

Wargaming has just announced that the update 0.5.3. of World of Warships will introduce Team Battles, a new 7v7 battle mode that, once unlocked at level 12, allows players to create an elite squadron of 10 players (three in reserve) and fight together against other teams.

Team battles mode consists of 7 vs 7 skirmishes and will be only available during "prime time" to ensure a competitive number of players in the queue. Teams will advance through a number of leagues, improving their ranking and testing their skills.

“The fans have been asking for more forms of team interaction since we started developing World of Warships,” said Danny Volkov, World of Warships Development Director, Wargaming. “With Team Battles, we’ve listened to their feedback and created an arena where they can meet teammates, forge their perfect squad and take on intense battles with top players in their region.”
