Supremacy 1914 - The Great War update January 2020 and uncoming Events

Bytro Labs with Supremacy 1914. It has been on our list for a long time and players have asked for it for even longer! Today we are very excited to announce that we will also add sound and music to Supremacy 1914 with the upcoming update!

The Sound of 1914:

The new Supremacy 1914 soundtrack lets your players dive deeper into the game than ever before! It will finally be possible to hear the action on the map and listen to the troops fighting for victory! The sound effects in Supremacy 1914 are dynamic and the volume of many effects changes depending on your distance from the source. Sound and music are only available in conjunction with the improved graphics, so we recommend using them to experience the full Supremacy 1914 experience. No sound or music is available if the enhanced graphics are not activated. Sound and music can be switched on and off in the settings.

Resource Trading returns!

In September we made a major overhaul of the Supremacy 1914 market that restricted resource trading to players from the same coalition or team. Since its introduction, we have looked closely at the effects of the changes made on game rounds and gaming experience.

We observed that the adjustments helped balance resource allocation between players in a game round. The measures also had a positive impact on the number of accounts pushing cases and made it difficult for players to betray their coalition and to provide resources to enemy countries. However, the extent of these effects was smaller than we expected.

Based on the many feedback from players that expressed how much resources are missed in your game rounds, we ultimately came to the conclusion that the positive effects do not outweigh the negative effects on the gaming experience. We want Supremacy 1914 to be fun and bring players the best possible gaming experience. Therefore, with the latest update we made it possible to trade resources between all players in one game round again.

Rush for Europe: (Sign-up period: 31.01.2020 - 04.02.2020)

Time flies, as they say! Just like the fighters and bombers these days. The Germans are rearming, the Russians are on the move and the Royal Navy is on high alert! It looks like we are only hours away until war breaks out in Europe once again. Mobilize your troops and prepare yourself for whatever enemy you may face! “Rush for Europe” is a special event map that runs on breathtaking 6 times the speed of normal game rounds! Even the tiniest decision could have severe consequences at this pace. Experience the war for Europe in a way you have never seen it before!

Colonial Uprising: (Sign-up period: 07.02.2020 - 11.02.2020)

Supremacy 1914 Colonial Uprising Event

Separatist movements rose to power in different parts of the world and control major resources now. Use this opportunity to seize these regions and utilize them to forge a mighty global Empire! Victory on this map is not achieved by simple conquest, in order to win you have to secure 13 of 25 Control Points scattered across the world map. Only one player will win the huge gold reward in the end, so use your wits and plan your strategy wisely to have a chance in this demanding event!
