Space engineers: a new sandbox game is coming

Keen Software House has just announced Space Engineers, a new upcoming sci-fi sandbox game about engineering, construction and maintenance of space works. You will be able to build several types of space stations and space ships in order to enjoy asteroid mining and other activities. The game  is currently in its alpha stage of development and will soon be available on Steam Early Access.



Space Engineers is a construction game which uses a volumetric-based physics engine that lets you assemble, disassemble and damage everything and wich is heavily inspired by reality. Space Engineers tries to follow the laws of physics and doesn't use technologies that wouldn't be feasible in the near future.
