MechWarrior Online gets Testing Ground and a new mech

Piranha Games just launched a huge new update for its free-to-play mech action MMO, MechWarrior Online, which adds to the game the so-awaited Testing Grounds and the new Cicada mech.

With the Thesting Grounds players will finally be able to test their tactics and mechs before jumping in the live competition. For the new players this also mean a less traumatic approach to the game, and a new way to practice their skills.

The new  Cicada X-5 Mech has also appeared on the battlefield, with its 40 tons and a top speed of 133.7 km/h. Piranha games released a new trailer highlighting the power of this new war machine.
