Step 4. Start the game and open the menu by clicking on the right button in the top right corner of the screen. Open the settings by clicking on the gear wheel icon below. Inside the settings click on the button "Enter bonus code"

Step 5. Enter the code and your gift will be automatically awarded to your account (only counts for the server you entered it on). In-Game they need to press the hotkey "i" and switch the to the "premium inventory" tab. Right-click on the items in the premium inventory and they'll be transferred to the normal inventory of the player.
