First Look at Heroes of the Banner

We took some time to sit down and try out Heroes of the Banner, a free to play browser-based tower defense game from publishers R2Games where players are responsible for recruiting heroes that in turn will construct their own tower defences to aid players as well is providing them with a variety of spells and abilities to use in combat.

The game shows promise but the bad translations let it down, poor music quality (from an otherwise decent sounding score) and gameplay that focuses too much on setting things up and then letting the fight carry on with only a modicum of player involvement.
