F2PMeter: Is Paragon Truly Free to Play?
Paragon is a MOBA meets third person shooter game in which two teams battle to push down the enemies fighting across multiple lanes and using a variety of unique characters and customized card loadouts. The game is free to play, but as we put it through our F2PMeter, ask a bunch of questions, and remove points for more “premium” answers, we’ll see how free Paragon really is.

The business model primarily focuses on purchasing cosmetics, and the convenience of acquiring EXP and Reputation through boosters without allowing players to directly buy Cards with premium currency and only allowing them to be bought through in-game earned Reputation (but making it slightly easier to get the Reputation needed through boosters). With all the heroes being free to play the small advantage gained to slightly quicker acquisition of cards is minimal.
