AION Classic: Reorientation Event

GameForge, the European publishing , will give Aion Classic players, AION Classic AION Classic: Reorientation Event here on F2P.com

The Rethink Event allows AION Classic players to try out alternative class paths. The free class changes can be made until April 2. The changes are made via the respective in-game function. Before the process is complete, players will be able to transfer individual pieces of equipment and soulbound items.

Have you ever wondered how your adventures would have gone if you’d made a different choice when selecting your class? How it might have been to enter battle wearing shining plates of steel armour instead of your flowing magical robes? During the Reorientation Event, you now have the chance to find out!

Running: 19th March (9 AM CET) to 2nd April (8:59 AM CEST)

Class Change Requirements

In order to change your character’s class, you need to have reached level 60. You can immediately exchange eternal level-55 gear at the same time, so you can hit the ground running with your new destiny! Similarly the skills of your new class will also be available immediately. Between 19th March (9 AM) and 26th March (8:59 AM CET), you can get a free class change including equipment transfer. Between 19th March (9 AM) and 2nd April (8:59 AM CEST), you can also purchase one further class change per account for 2,000 Quna. Each additional item of gear costs an extra 300 Quna. Please note that you cannot reverse a class change once you’ve made it!

How It Works

Head to Sanctum or Pandaemonium and make sure you’re wearing the gear you want to exchange and that it has been soulbound. Then click on the class change button in the top-right next to AION Look. Next, choose the class you want to switch to. Then click all the gear slots where you have equipment you want to exchange; the slots you’ve selected will be marked with a little tick. Incidentally, equipment items keep their enchantment level, sanctification, as well as any socketed manastones and Godstones! However, any armsfusion applied to two-handed weapons or changed appearances will be lost. Now click the + button to add the items you want to exchange. You can choose up to 5 items per slot. Afterwards you will see an overview of the costs of your class change. Generally this costs 2,000 Quna, which covers 1 weapon, 5 armour items, 7 accessories and a Class Change Support Chest with 4 stigmas. Each additional equipment item you want to exchange will cost 300 Quna. Of course, you don’t pay any Quna with the free class change! Class-specific skills from your old class will of course no longer be available after changing, but neutral skills like Return or Quick Glide will be preserved. Finally, you’ll get a screen where you can see your new character in all their glory. Once you confirm the change, you’ll find a box with your new equipment in your inventory.

Change Class in the Survey

Between 19th March (9 AM) and 26th March (8:59 AM CET), you can collect an [Event] Class Change Ticket via the in-game survey feature. Please note the following conditions:

The item is distributed via the survey function in the game
The item is available once per account for characters level 60 and higher
The item can only be collected during the stated period
All items available from the survey can be neither traded nor sold
Once collected by a character, the items cannot be transferred to another
Note: The [Event] Class Change Ticket item will be removed from the game during the regular server maintenance on 26th March (9 AM CET).
