First update of 2011 for Combat Arms

Today, Nexon continue their dedication to updates for Combat Arms Europe with the introduction of two new in-game systems, the Achievement System and the Note System.

“We are always excited to deliver new game contents and features that will help improving Combat Arms” said Sungjin Kim, the Director of Nexon Europe. “Nexon received more support from the fans than we expected last year and we intend to bring more satisfaction to our customers throughout the year 2011”.


Achievement system
The Achievement System allows each soldier to earn medals after accomplishing a number of various missions given in the battlefield. If you consider yourself as a Fireteam expert, you may get engaged with the enemies and foes to collect all the Fireteam Maniac medals. If you are well known as a well-balanced, stellar operative, you can prove it after being rigorously tested on all aspects of your training while you work on the All-Round Soldier achievements. With all the in-game achievements, soldiers can be classy and prideful about their Combat Arms accomplishments with many admirers following!

Note system
As another improvement in usability, the Note System allows players to compose notes, send them and receive them in their Incoming Notes box. This will be very welcomed for those who prefer old-fashioned email to get their point across Combat Arms.

Infamous for deadly weapons and gears, the Black Market also gets an update to its already vast range of arsenal. The TRG variants, TRG-41 and TRG-SE are now available and ready for snipers in combat. In addition, the Black Market will get Caltrops, a four spiked iron ball as a device to lame cavalry horses and puncture tires which will now be used against the mercenaries in Combat Arms. If you want to slow down your enemy, this is definitely what you want to bring to the battlefield.
