Aion: The North American version now Truly Free

After the European version of Aion, it's the turn of the North American version of the game to open its servers to the largest number as concretizing its passage to free to play with the launch yesterday of the new extension Ascension.

Ascension marks the beginning of the Truly Free model for Aion, which NCsoft is already using for Lineage II. With it, the monthly subscription fees are removed and most of the game content is made freely available to all players. Aion: Ascension 3.0 update brings players a wealth of new features such as player housing, an increased level cap, player mounts and a massive amount of new content including new zones as well as new instances.
