New Infantry Trucks for Heroes & Generals

 

Heroes & Generals keeps growing. The free to play MMOFPS gets today a new content update that introduces new infantry trucks for the three factions with capacity for nine soldiers, new camouflage options for the Soviets, a new kill camera effect, adjustments to recoil for mounted and hand-held weapons, and better camera transitions when leaving and entering vehicles.

The US faction receives the CCKW Cargo Truck; the Germans get the classic Blitz Truck; and the Soviet faction welcomes the GAZ AAA Cargo. These three vehicles feature capacity for two supply crates as well as for nine soldiers.

“By adding trucks to Heroes & Generals we are looking to strengthen teamplay. You get access to trucks early on in player progression so even as a relative new player you become a valuable member of any squad,” says Jacob Andersen, Game Director at Reto-Moto.

He also point to the tactical advantage of using trucks as decoys: “Since the vehicle to a great extent is covered by truck tarp the enemy will not know your numbers, which can give you a great advantage and the opportunity to bluff.”
