Star Trek Online Mid Season 11 Update on April

Star Trek Online is about to receive a new content update. The mid season update, Season 11.5, will go live on April 12, introducing a new story episode, a full overhaul to the Skill system, the Romulan admiralty campaign and other gameplay updates, such as the Strategist Secondary Specialization, which offers players a selection of space-based abilities, and the Na’Kuhl Red Alerts, a system that alerts players with a sound to let them know when they can queue up to fight against the Na'Kuhl.

In the new brand-new episode, "Temporal Front", players will have to travel back in time to prevent Na’Kuhl Temporal Agents from destroying the present. A trailer has been released, check it out.

The skill system revamp will make the leveling process much more rewarding and easy to understand. Skill progression will feature a streamlined interface with detailed descriptions and explanations for combat mechanics.
